Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, but the check-in experience was initially disappointing and could have been handled much better. I had booked and fully prepaid a *King Room with one double bed* , yet upon arrival I was initially assigned a standard twin room—not even a king twin room. Even assigning a king twin room would not have matched the room type I had reserved. After entering the room and realizing it was not what I had booked, I returned to the front desk and pointed this out. The receptionist checked my booking confirmation and claimed that room/bed type was "subject to availability."and that they did not have a room with a single bed available. This was quite surprising, especially for a hotel of this standard, where room types with King bed(King Room) , Twin beds( Twin Room) and twin king beds (Twin King Room) are clearly distinguished while booking. I smiled and explained that I had specifically selected and booked a King Room from the available room options. If that room type had truly not been available, it should not have been possible to reserve it in the first place. I have heard of complimentary room upgrades, but I had never heard of a guest being downgraded to a different room type upon arrival—especially at a hotel of this standard. After looking through the computer for a while, the receptionist eventually assigned me the correct King Room with the mountain view that I had originally booked, while remarking that she "shouldn't have to do this," which I found confusing and unnecessary. I did not expect this level of disorganization from a hotel of this category. Fortunately, the rest of the stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows, the bathroom was large, and the in-room coffee and tea-making facilities were a nice touch. From my room on the 21st floor, I had a decent view, with the InterContinental Hotel occupying most of the skyline, while Tivoli Park and part of the surrounding cityscape were visible in the remaining portion. The hotel is situated right next to the central bus station and is within walking distance of the Old Town. There is also a grocery store conveniently located beside the building. The gym is quite small, but it is well equipped for a quick workout and has everything needed for a basic fitness session. Overall, despite the hiccups at the check-in, the quality of the room, cleanliness, location, and amenities made for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend the hotel, but I hope the front desk stays honest with its room allocation process and guest service.

1. Poor security When we returned after sightseeing, our room door had been left open after housekeeping cleaned the room. We reported it to the front desk the next day, but received no apology. This is a serious security issue. 2. Poor service We booked two separate one-night stays and confirmed by email in advance that we could stay in the same room. However, the front desk was unaware of this at check-in, so we had to explain it again. Because the reservations had different booking numbers, our room key stopped working twice. We were even told we had to change rooms until we showed that the hotel had already confirmed our request. The staff service and security were the worst part of our stay. We would not stay here again.

2일 머물렀는데 방도 크고 20층 받았는데 도시뷰도 좋았고 편안하고 조식 괜찮았어요 특히 침대에 누워 큰 장으로 바라보이는 뷰가 정말 끝내줬어요 별 하나 뺀건 수영장은 없네요
