· Shortening Your Stay - If you would like to shorten your reservation, NO REFUND will be given.
· Security Deposit - We have the right to collect a refundable security deposit up to RM500 amount before check-in. If you damage the home, your deposit may be deduct subjected to the item price. Deposit will refund within 1 day after check-out if nothing is damage
· Forgotten Items - We are not responsible for any forgotten items; please double check you have all your belongings with you upon check out. We will have extra charge for delivery the forgotten items.
· Extending Your Stay - Any request to extend your stay be communicated to us before you check out.
· Toilet - Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet.
· Noise - We ask that you keep the noise to a respectful level during your stay, especially in the evenings. We have very kind neighbors so we want to be respectful in return. No parties, please!
· Security - We request that during your stay you keep the key and make sure the property is locked when no one is present. If unexpected guests arrive, please do not let them on the premise.
· Smoking - Please do not smoke inside the house, we will charge you for RM500 if we found any evidence of smoking in the house. Please take note this is a wooden house, so we don't want any fire accident happen here

We provide a fresh set of professionally cleaned towels and linen for each guest. If towels are missing or damaged we will charge you for the respective amount.

· Safety - Please be extra careful when near windows or using the balcony, especially on higher floors. We will not be held responsible should any accidents occur due to the carelessness of the guest.

SERIOULY NOT RECOMMENDED.YOU WILL REGRET IF STAY HERE!
* Heads up if you’re looking for a homestay—this one’s probably best to skip. The owner can be tricky to deal with. Check out the comments below before deciding to booked * I was really looking forward to this homestay based on the photos, but my experience was far from pleasant. Host were only magazines picture for inside house. But when arrived the house, outside house look was so unexpected. Poor looking * No lamp at bbbq area, bbq equipment not complete * The room smelled musty, the sheets didn't look fresh. (we know it not wash from previously customer used) Definitely not worth the price. * The room was so dark it felt like staying in a cave—there weren’t enough lamps, and the lighting was terrible. * The driveway into and out of the parking area is so steep/uneven that it scrapes the car’s bumper * The host is not being transparent (rules and regulation information were given just a few hours before check in) host very seems to be trying to deduct money from the deposit unfairly. * Water pressure in all the bathrooms is ridiculously weak. * No lamp at bbq area, bbq equipment not complete * The room smelled musty, the sheets didn't look fresh. You have to use the lock just to get it to shut—completely unsafe!!!! * The host asked for a last-minute deposit, which was too much—up to RM500. Whereas even if you stay at a hotel, the deposit usually doesn’t exceed RM100 * haunted house!!! Please stay away * The induction stove is not working properly ; it cuts out mid-use and doesn't heat up correctly, making cooking slow." * toilet are not friendly for elderly & OKU people because there's a cement block before enter the bathroom side. * The homestay is expensive, even though it’s just a village house. OVERPRICED Guys!
