Amazing view, the room was very big and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner was very good, but unfortunately I had a bad start, I booked the double room since in the pictures displayed there was the room with the hammock and the great view, but when I got there it was a different room with no hammock on the balcony, the hotel admitted it was a mistake and if I want the other room I had to add a couple thousands bhat in cash because they don't take credit, and it was almost all the cash I had at the moment, than later I found out the closest atm was nit working, and when everyone at this area takes no credit card I was stuck with almost nothing to be able to do. Overall it's a great hotel but I belive they could handle it better regarding this issue

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spotless and comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! We will definitely come back to BALA as we created so many great memories here. Many thanks to the helpful staff who assisted us with our issue on the way to the villa. The breakfast and dinner were super delicious and generous in portion. The bathroom even had a smart toilet bowl, and the hot water was consistently reliable. There were just too many good things to highlight—truly an amazing stay!

This is one of the BEST boutique hotel I have ever stayed. The view from every angle is stunting & breathtaking. The service staff are very well trained, attentive & responsive. The meals provided here are not only generously portioned & also of good quality. Highly recommended for anyone coming to this area.

This place up in the Doi Chang mountains is just amazing. The view from the room – absolutely insane – like waking up inside a dream. Everything’s super clean and stylish, with lots of nice little details. They welcomed me with tea and lots of sweets. The bathtub on the balcony is a great touch. Breakfast was included – big portions, lots of choice – and the BBQ dinner was great too, especially with that crazy good mountain view. The staff were super sweet but kinda shy. Still, they were helpful. This place is perfect for a romantic trip – if you want to impress someone or just chill together in peace. I went alone this time – felt a bit lonely – but also totally relaxed. Would love to come back – next time, hopefully not solo.
