Am only sharing my experience - 1. He is money minded - aska for advance and payment before you can take a look at the stay, so don't judge by the pics uploaded. They are atleast 10 years old 2. Does not provide basic amenities. 3. The rooms in wort condition. 4. You can't ask for change of room l, extra pillow. He says everything is booked. 5. Bead spread is provided as blanket 6. He says wifi is free, but there are 2 blocks. The one where he sits (reception area). Wifi is available only here and no where else 7. He does not provide water. You would need to purchase it from his shop. 8. He will not answer your call in case of emergency post 11. 9. He will not hear you if you have a feedback or a complaint. He is rude and would ask you to leave. 10. The rooms are not maintained. Bathroom is horrible. There are gaps everywhere and your in constant fear as some one is looking at you. 11. AC and food are extra. 500 per day for AC which he does not mention to you on the application. Food is extra too and if you are late - you don't get breakfast. 12. No backwater view for any of the rooms. 13. There are 100 other better rooms available near the backwater lake. Please don't think of staying here.

They provided ONE bottle of drinking water as a part of the "Guest Kit". Even though they have a RO/Water dispenser in their kitchen, they denied us filling our bottles from there. As a matter of fact they have a shop of their own within the same premises, so it their dirty business trick to make you buy bottled water from their shop.

We stayed here for 2 days. There was some confusion with the agoda booking as they no longer accept the booking from agoda, but they did have room and so they obliged us with 1, but we have to pay extra for AC. Thay also hooked us up with a shikara ride which was awesome. Rest the room and facilities were average as you expect in a home stay, nothing to complain about. The location is super close to the Allapuza light house and the beach. There is some road construction going on now, but it should get sorted out in few months.

街の中心とは全くちがって、周辺はのんびりしています。ビーチは徒歩5分くらい、運河沿いに歩いてのんびり散歩がてらに美味しいレストランも多い。リバークルーズ乗り場までも散歩がてらに歩いていけます。駅と街中繋ぐバス停も近い。次いくなら、やはりここ一択な感じです。

La habitación era muy cómoda y amplia. El hotel se encuentra cerca de la playa y estaba en buen estado. La atención del personal fue muy buena también.
