We trust the following rules will ensure the enjoyment of all guests:
>Noise Travels - Enjoy the peace and quiet, and don’t deprive others of the same.-equivalent music and strictly no rowdy party. Silence after midnight (Advisable at/after 11 pm).
>What Not to Do in Pools- Only proper swim attire allowed- No sharp objects – No foods and drinks allowed. – Wash your feet. RM200 will be deducted from your security deposit if the pool is contaminated. Guest may swim at night or really early in the morning, as long as noise levels are kept down.
>No fireworks or Crackers, Wishing Lanterns ,Flashes and Sparkles, do these and get evicted! In case of violation of the above regulations or any misconduct as deemed to cause disturbance to neighbours, and our property, Bonfires are strictly prohibited.
>Leave Only Footprints - Take only pictures, not the contents of the house. - Do not leave marking on the furniture or walls. Once broken, an amount of compensation will be deducted/claimed from the security deposit. No shoes inside the House.
>Do not smoke anywhere inside the House. – Smoking is allowed outdoors.
>Non Halal food is not allowed.
>Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. RM300 will be deducted from your security deposit if we found any of that particular cans and bottles in the Villa
>Ladies, maids and parents do not dispose of children’s nappies, pampers, sanitary pads, cotton buds and the like down the toilet bowls. The toilet bowls are for human faeces, urine, soiled toilet and tissue paper disposal only (and for throwing up in emergencies), and please don't squat on the toilet seats.
>No Pets are allowed.
>To ensure that the kitchen and utensils remain Halal, pork or its by products are not allowed in the house.
>Guest can bring their own Karaoke Set but it is advised to sing inside the house only.
>Bath towels are not provided on promotion rate

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. The first thing I must mention is the owner is a very nice, patient and friendly owner. He helped us a lot especially in facilities and responded fast in what we need.

1) You will reviews stating fridge not cold, and it was true. I brought my thermometer and the fridge was like 20'C.. even before we arrived, we msg and the owner's son said it was ok. they just don't care la 2) the sliding door at the living room could not lock and had no padlock.. when we told the owner (aunty lady).. she had to cheek to tell us that no thief around.. 3) the floor are all parquet.. and basically you had pieces coming out and they don't even bother to fix despite many reviews and complains. 4) there was only ONE bathroom downstairs shared by all the downstairs rooms the house. Don't believe the posting that says they have like 4 or 5 bathrooms.. that is not true. 5) this place is NOT suitable for young kids.. they have a lot of their stuffs in teh house which would not be safe for kids. 6) Monkeys are always around.. and they WILL open the outside fridge. for the price you will be paying, you are getting an OLD with no repaired house. I think we paid like almost RM5k for 3 nights for a lousy house.. there is NO point that the owner's son tried to 'solve' all the issues when we are there, when we msg sooooo many times before we came to address the reviews and complaints posted by people. They just want you to book and then try to repair.. and the old lady had all sort of complaints.. I had migraine that morning checking in.. and was so frustrated all these issue and when I mentioned this.. she had to cheek to tell me she got headache also.. its like they think their place so great and we are all complainers.. for once, trust the review.. oh, and I know that the lady will complain about me because of this bad review.. she did that to the previous group before us because they gave bad review.. basically if you are sooooooo patient and you really want this house, then go ahead to book. But really, we wanted to just have a nice holiday and spending 3 hours or more to address all the issues when we check in was not a nice start.

Extremely disappointing – Lack of basic maintenance and hygiene.
Avoid this villa – Not as advertised. Do not be fooled by the photos. The villa was not clean. The AC vents were covered in dust, and we had less hot water throughout our stay as only 1 water heaters worked. For the price paid, you should expect basic functioning utilities and a clean environment but not here. Dust everywhere and damaged furniture. Very poor experience and definitely not coming back.
