to be honest, there are a few areas to be improved ya. there is no big signage of the said hotel thus had difficulty finding the hotel despite waze kept on indicating the location. Finding a parking space could be a hassle if its full but was lucky managing to find one behind the hotel and parking fees was very low though. In the end need to asked the coffee shop owner the exact location and he told us just next door at the side entrance. Location was good though and there are many entertainment spots at night and street food too. Inside the room, it was big and spacious but there was no toothbrush and paste and there was no laundry bag at all despite asking the staff and it was disappointing for the price we paid. Will I be back, might but really hope there is improvement to the few complaints I have.

The location is great. The room is big too. At first it’s not what you think it is outside but it’s huge.

Rooms were big and spacious while conveniently located at the heart of Georgetown. Staff goes the extra mile and gotten me earplugs despite not normally providing one. Only downside is the bad soundproofing, resulting in noise from the streets and adjacent rooms. If you're not a light sleeper like me who is highly sensitive to sound, I would highly recommend it!

- The location is very good., - The check in was not smooth, due to language barrier with the staff at that moment who almost charged me extra costs and fee (to taxes and fee were already included while booking) - I had to keep on explaining and showing them I already paid. - Just a basic small room with double bed and window along the street side. Don’t expect any beautiful view or so. Neither helpful staff with recommendations, it’s all on your own: Coming in and out. - there is no storage, so expect to leave your luggage near the reception (which is almost never staffed by anyone). - although there is a little pool, it was not explained to me which amenities I could use etc. So, don’t expect anything fancy. - if you want a place just for sleeping comfortable at a good location, then this is fine.

街角の青い円筒形のビルの一階が食堂になっていて、その隅っこに小さいドアがあり、そこから靴を脱いで階段を昇るとそこから別世界TIEN宿のユニークな空間が広がる。西欧風にスッキリとデザインされた通路、部屋、ダイニング、庭などが続く。昔の書き込みに苦情として音楽騒音があったが、私の宿泊した道路側の窓には防音窓が追加されていて、今は全く問題は感じなかった。ダイニングではコヒーや紅茶が自由に作れるので滞在には大助かり。最寄りのバス停LOVE LANEからは101番を使うとバトゥ フェリンギ（海岸リゾートエリア）に行ける。
