The pools, slides, kids facilities, absolutely amazing. The room size and amenities, organic coffee for your coffee machine, natural herbal toiletries, real attention to details! The only suggestion is to improve kids animation program since its advertised but hasn't got much going on. But with all the slides nobody minded. Also outdoor toilets specially ladies one weren't really kept clean. Music in the whole area is loud and whole day so if you are up for calm time... Not really helping. All in all amazing holidays for family with kids

Its a dream for kids holiday

Not worth visiting
The place is overrated and the prices aren’t reflecting the advertised quality. The rooms need to be refurbished, there are a lot of scratches on the walls, furniture elements are disintegrating and there is a strange smell inside rooms. We had a room at the S floor, and due to the rooms issues including the not properly working AC we where moved to a “superior” room to the 1st floor, and the only superior thing was the floor, and we where charged for this privilege for another 20 EUR per night. When I have asked at the reception from the principle, why they are charging the extra money, the only argument was the upper floor that had the same exact view as the previous room, and they are throwing the resort issues in the back of the customer, which is a very negative approach .Also maybe someone will read this comment and some verifications will be made at the chlorine concentration from the pools, as the smell is very prominent and even the bath suits discolored. The 2 outside hotel restaurant prices are very high due to the monopoly.
