We had a pleasant stay at this beach resort. The resort offers a stunning view of Sugar Beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were well-maintained. The cleanliness of the property was commendable. However, the parking was limited and the Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable. A bit pricey for a fan room only considering its location which is very far from the city proper . Needs improvement with their coffee. We would recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

We had a pleasant stay at this beach resort. The resort offers a stunning view of Sugar Beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were well-maintained. Relaxing Go To Beach in Sipalay
I was searching for a place that is away and not crowded and since its the holiday season I have not expected much from the place and the ambiance. But boy was I wrong! I was able to enjoy our vacation in peace paired with their sumptuous food.

Helpful owners + staffs + great views
Really enjoyed my stay in this area. They also have their own restaurant which is nice because I dont have to worry about my food. My mechanical camera also broke and im glad that the owners have the tools I borrowed to fix my camera, they're really friendly, too. The staffs are very approachable as well. Very nice place to enjoy drinking by the beach. Would definitely book this again when I go back.

This place is good for people who just want to go somewhere far away but not advisable for people who wanted water activities
Cons: - no aircon, fan only - no hot / warm shower (or maybe just our room? heater is not working) - no parking as advertised on agoda (we parked at a nearby resort for P100 / night) - Bathroom / comfort room for the Bungalow unit room has no door, only beads as curtain. Hence, pooping makes me so uncomfortable. - ordering at the resto takes an hour of waiting time - they do not offer any water activities - beach front is not well maintained (with some scattered trash, sticks and dried bushes) pros: - staffs are very polite - room is clean, pillows and bedsheets smells clean as well - foods taste great and their pizza is delicious and not oily and you know foods are not pre-cooked because waiting takes an hour - pet friendly, you may bring you pets - very quite place

Great customer service
The staff always find a way to grant guest’s request, very accommodating o their guest . We enjoyed our stay. Sipalay sugar beach is a treasure.
