The room was catered to fit 4pax each room but, it seems to fit 2pax only. The rooms were small and having 4pax each room were making the guests a bit uncomfortable, and hard to move. We requested to have a twin bed via agoda app but, when we got there, a queen bed and a sofa bed was only available. The sofa bed in one room cannot be utilized as a bed and the pillows are not enough, it was for 2pax only. The door of one of the room was jammed and cannot be opened. One room has no handle on its dishwashing faucet. Searching for a paid parking was extremely hard, it was all reserved and the free parking was not reliable since the parking spaces are limited. The guests with vehicles were so stressed. The admin were strict on the photoshoot and did not allow us to have a pre-wedding photoshoot around their facility. We had to pay for the small conference room. Overall, it was hard to arrange anything at chateau. The stay here was stressfull.
