Overall 3/5 stars. Property was clean, linen, utensils and all. But the games table and "Cave" stuff was bad. Cue tips badly worn out. Pool table was wonky, ball rolls to the sides. The table-tennis bat rubber was wearing off. Projector remote was difficult to control and the DAMN NETFLIX WOULDNT CONNECT! tried 3 different usernames and password. And the screen casting app was trial, it gave up in 10 mins. so basically useless projector. Ultimately, if you are paying for the room, then ok ok for value. If you are purchasing ifor the games boards, maybe lower your expectations drastically.

Big room with pool table. Wish there was a ceiling fan outside hall. No Bidet or water spray in toilets. Hope can install them. Hosts very responsive and prompt reply. Easy booking. Easy check in/out. Walking to mall takes about 10mins but if raining there are no sheltered walkway. Unpleasant smell near the water fountain at night. Convenient designated parking lot. Thank you

This is a great location, just an easy walk over to a sprawling huge mall that offers so much. The con is a deal breaker though. There was lack of attention to communication prior to the stay. Farah and Ang Xiao pei were frustrating to communicate with. The lack of the important door pasd

prepare to pay deposit RM200 or S$80 then they released check in details. Refund fast. The apt spacious, neat and nice view. Towels and beds clean but floor a bit dusty. 1st day check in pool table has a bit crack, mahjong lost tiles, shower spoil & room smelly. Request for mop, agent said dun have end up I go buy to clean the floor cos staying many days. Agent response quite fast and try their best to resolve but disappointed only 1 access card very troublesome. 10 pax in the apt share 1 card access making all of us headache. big family must be prepared. my children went pool I'm stuck in apt cos only 1 card. pool on 7th floor super nice, gym 24hrs. Security guard did not show properly how to short cut paradigm in the end go 1 big round until tower A security show take lift from tower B to 7th floor then walk opposite to tower A and take lift to G and exit so much nearer. If raining be prepare umbrella no shelter. Be prepare toilet has no hanger to hang clothes very troublesome. No bidet now I know why other review say so cos troublesome if want wash toilet bowl. Tables with high chair is nice but not practical for elder or small children. Sofa too low of leg pain cannot get up. Beds n pillow comfortable. No TV is projector only can see YouTube. No nexflix, children bored of the tv program. Adults also not much option to watch. Overall the children enjoyed themselves and loved the place. Owner pls consider more access card and hook to hang clothes. Will book again.

Overall family friendly. Pool good entertainment for older children. Customer service is good and fast response. Thank you.
