• ~ Keep Our Home Neat, NO shoes on your feet, kindly shoes OFF in our house. ~ Please switch off all the electrical appliances when haven’t in use or when you leave.

• -Before check in our unit , we will collect RM200refundable security deposit By online transfer,when check out cleaner check everything good condition will refund same day

• ~ NO Smoking allowed in our house. ~ NO pets allowed.

• - we have Cctv in carpark area,to ensure guest car safety .
