Pros -kedudukan strategik tengah2 pekan -semua lengkap dari hairdryer, kopi percuma, selipar, towel, sejadah, seterika, air panas, pinggan, cawan, board seterika, pengelap kaki and so on -air dalam tandas kuat -ada tempat isi air di tingkat satu -aircond kuat dan sejuk -kedai mamak dan makan bawah ja, ayam gepuk pun ada -ada penyedut udara dalam tandas jadi tak berbau Cons -parking kene bayar -tiada parking khusus kene berebut -hotel rumah kedai -tak boleh cakap kuat2 dalam bilik mudah bilik sebelah dengar -tiada tingkap -sempit ja tapi masih ade ruang nak solat -kene naik tangga -badan gatal2 dan naik merah2 tidur cadar dia.
