Everything was great — the room was clean. For Muslim guests, you’ll need to call to request for a prayer mat. The TV comes with Netflix and YouTube channels, which was really nice, and the internet coverage was excellent. The shower was super powerful, really enjoyable with hot water. However, the bathroom floor and walls had some moss and looked a bit dirty, and the toilet also had traces of moss. This part definitely needs improvement. Another thing, I really want to compliment the male staff who handled my registration. He was very friendly, polite, and greeted customers with a smile. I was lucky to be able to check in early since the room was already ready, though there was an extra charge of RM10 for arriving 1 hour early. Only RM50 deposit was required, which is reasonable. Lastly, to the senior female staff, I kindly advise to be more patient when training new staff, especially in front of customers. Please protect the junior staff’s dignity and uphold the good image of the hotel. All in all, congratulations to Paradian Hotel 🥰 We truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Sorry for leaving such a long review — just felt motivated to share!

Akan jadi hotel pilihan setiap kali ada event kat N.9 utk masa akan datang. Dekat dgn tempat event. Kedai makan berdekatan pun sajikan makanan yang sedappp. Boleh layan netflix sampai pagi. Overall puas hati. Terima kasih.

Overall satisfied... Air shower kuat, best mandi. Aircond sejuk, however lantai dan dinding bilik mandi tidak dicuci bersih. Lantai licin dan berdaki. Tiada kemudahan peti sejuk. Namun ade arah kiblat dan diberi sejadah utk muslim solat.
