샤토 예링 호텔

Agoda were very inflexible and I did not find their service helpful. The hotel was ok

Lovely peaceful location. Room and bathroom large, plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Would stay there again. TV was too small for the size of the room

Hotel is good value for money and is situated in a quiet place. While there are things that can improve, for the price you pay, you really cannot expect more. Most attractions are in lilydale which is a few km from the hotel.

Lovely decor in large room and bathroom, medium sized fridge, locked balcony, quiet. Asked around 3pm+ if upstairs room vacant rather than ground - lovely reception woman couldn't find, get phone answer from housekeeping staff to ask which ones of few available were clean - nothing on their computer, no list left for her to check. Amazing if they had someone coming in new, wanting a room. At my suggestion, we went and looked and found one. Though it looks lovely, including the room, the balcony was dirty, the heating didn't work - Called 5pm, a maintenance man cane after after 6pm, including for some curtain hooks not connected, and advised to give it time - set on 29oC...that didn't work & no reception, other staff after 6pm, including security staff - only cameras which are of no use if no-one is there - so couldn't get portable heater. Luckily didn't get as cold as outside, I had hot water bottles. I left message on AH no. - no reply, incl. in the morning when staff there. Staff only from 8am to 6pm, no-one around at all outside that. No signs where reception is from outside. Car park poorly lit when went to get thigs from car - had to use phone torch. Difficult to access power points in room. Piece of sharp wood sticking out under edge of table in room - pulled threads on, luckily, old trousers; could have scratched my leg - showed to morning staff.

Nice vibe, very quiet great for relaxing Easy check in, just try not to bring huge luggage, staircase ~
