• 객실별로 간이침대 사용 가능 여부가 다릅니다. 선택한 객실의 투숙 가능 인원 정보를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 0세부터 2세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 3세부터 12세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 13세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• -There is absolutely NO Smoking permitted in the rental or at any of the on-site facilities, bathroom are also non-smoking. Penalty for violation is RM500.

• *The smoking area on the balcony, thank you for your cooperation.

• -To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, the property strictly enforces the guest count listed in your reservation. Exceeding this limit is not permitted. In such cases, we may need to regrettably ask the extra guests to leave or end the reservation.

• -Pets are not allowed to bring into the apartment at anytime.

• -Night Time is quiet time. Please be mindful of other guests and honor quiet hours 10:00pm- 8:00am.

• -Party are not allowed.

• -The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

• -Check out time is BEFORE 12PM. Please inform the Manager if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, RM30/hour late check-out will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

• -Guest can also self check out from the apartment by leaving door card on the dining table

• and close the door.

• -Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. We do not provide electronic safety lockers in the room to store any valuables. Guest should keep all their valuables lock in their own baggage or keep it along with Guest wherever you go.

• The Management will not in any way whatever be responsible for any loss / or damage to

• the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the room or the locker or any

• other part of the homestay for any cause whatever including theft of pilferage.
