• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• - Deposit RM300 will be require upon check in.

• - NO any catering event or party allowed.

• - Take off your shoes before entering the house.

• - Adjust the noise level to the lowest after 10pm.

• - Park only at your own car park lot.

• - Use the swimming pool with PROPER ATTIRE ONLY. (Swimsuit only, No T-shirt)

• - Use the gym with PROPER ATTIRE ONLY. (Sport shoes only, no slipper)

• - Replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit for the loss of keys or access cards.

• - Turn off all power supply when not in use or leaving the unit.

• - Please wash the dining ware and cutlery after using.

• - Strictly no overnight guests for more than the number of maximum guests stated.

• - In unfortunate event of accidentally staining the furniture, please attempt to remove the stains immediately. If they can't be removed, please inform us as soon as possible so we can send in assistance.

• #Somebody once said that "rules are made to be broken",

• BUT don't try it here as the management team of this apartment is strict on this and they have the right to issue FINES if any rules are found to be broken, especially the GYM and SWIMMING POOL matter.

• The FINE AMOUNT IS RM100 per person if any rules are found to be broken.
