A real value for money

We booked this in Agoda for less than 300k/night. The villa is located in an exclusive housing complex. It's a clean n quiet neighborhood. The villa was nice; exactly as it was depicted in the pictures. You get what you see. Headsup: the heater only holds 10L of water (said the housekeeper), so warm shower was enough only for 3ppl (if you can use it sparingly). After that you need to wait for hours before it's reheated. Pesan untuk owner: mohon diperhatikan kebersihan alat makan.

lodging with a new and quiet house, equipped with a small garden for children to play, there is also a TV with Netflix and YouTube facilities. wifi network is quite good, overall very good at an affordable price.

This two-bedroom and one bathroom house is a recommended house for you who is seeking a getaway from the hassle bustle of the crowds as it's located within a quiet residence, which is only 5-10 mins to Jatim Park 3 by car. Retaurants and Indomaret (a retail shop) are 5-10 mins walking away. A house is located in Kayana Residence, so for those of you taking Grab, you can search and selecet this name of residence as a destination point. Cooking utensils, cooking gas, gallon of drinking water, wifi, Netflix, and a smart tv are provided. Aircon is only available in a master bedroom, but a fan is available in case it's hot in a second bedroom. The only issue is the water. It requires us to keep the pumping machine on to let the bathing water and tap water come out. However, if we do so, the machine would get heated and damaged. Thus, we need to turn it on and off many times simply to use the water. The host is quite responsive ane helpful. The only issue was she didn't pick up my calls 30 mins prior to our check-in, which made us do late check-in. We expected to check in on time as we arrived at 5 am in Malang by train with two big luggages.
