부족한게 있지만 나는 다시 오고 싶다. 가족이 운영해서 그런지 친절하지만 프로패셔널하진 않다. 에어컨 리모컨을 받는데 40분이상 기다렸다. 방은 이상한 냄새가 나면 바꿔달라 말해라. 시내와 멀다. 즈엉동에서 3시쯤 올때는 30만동에 왔는데,체크아웃할때는 12시쯤 65만동 그랩비용을 줬다 방은 넓고 깨끗해보인다. 베개쪽에 작은 짐승의 똥같은게 발견했는데 사장님과 직원들이 청소하시기 힘들겠다는 위로의 생각이 들었다. 수영장물은 물을 언제 넣고 물을 추가하지 않았는지 뿌연색이라 들어가기가 싫었다. 바닷가 뷰가 좋다 가장 좋았던것은 밤하늘의 별이다 숙소에서 200미터만 어두운쪽으로 가면 쏫아지는 별을 볼수 있다 부족한점이 있긴 하지만 좋은점도 많다 식사는 만들어 먹는 반미가 아주 좋았고 신선한 과일을 주는것도 좋았다 누군가 망고주는 숙소는 좋은 숙소라고 말했다

중심가에서 30분 정도 거리. 숙소비 카드결제시 5% 추가요금 있음. 직원들이 중국인과 베트남인이 섞여 있는데 영어 소통이 가능한 직원이 몇명 없음. 식당에서 음식을 24시간 주문할 수 있는데 전부 중국음식이며 현금결제만 가능. 제일 가까운 식당이 피싱타운에 있는데(15분 거리) 점심 먹으러 간다했더니 직원이 즈엉동 시내로 가기를 추천함. 택시잡기 어려움. 리셉션에 이야기하면 택시를 불러 주는데 베트남 휴일에 방문해서 오버차지 30%가 발생함.(VND429,000) 이후 즈엉동 킹콩마트에서 택시를 타고 복귀하는데 VND350,000 나옴. 조식 종류가 별로 없음. 특히 채소 종류가 다양하지않아 아쉬움. 방은 아름다우나 방음이 잘 안됨. 리조트 방 형태에 수상가옥이 있음. 동쪽이라 바다에서 일출보기 가능. 수영장은 이용하기가 좋았으나 수질관리 잘 안됌. 필터를 가지고 가서 욕실 샤워기에 설치했는데 모래가 엄청 나옴. 직원들 태도는 가족적이고 친절함. 이 리조트를 이용한다면 시내에서 준비를 충분히 하고 방문하기를 추천.

We chose this place because we wanted to relax for a couple of days. We were told the resort has a private beach. Upon arrival we saw that that was not true, it is more of a garden and a few sunbeds. We booked two rooms. However, the garden is under construction and our rooms were directly next to the construction site. When asked if we could switch rooms (since we wanted to rest) they said that was not possible and the noise from construction wasn’t too loud. We took the rooms but found out there was a leak in the rooms above ours. This meant the constant sound of someone flushing the toilet, all day and night. When we told the staff, they said they would fix it. They didn’t. I barely slept all night because of the leak and the next morning we woke up at 07:30 AM from the construction noise (which they said wasn’t too loud). We told the staff and they said again they fixed the leak (which wasn’t true since you could still hear the water). They offered us to switch our two rooms to one deluxe family room and told us they would give us *** ‘discount’. The room rate would be *** dong minus ***. I asked if there wasn’t more discount possible since the lack of sleep from the previous night and since we now had to move from two rooms to one. The staff said the room rate at booking was 2.9 mln and since they offered the room to us at *** there wasn’t any more discount possible. They also again stated that they fixed the leak so that that wasn’t an issue anymore (even though you could hear water falling continuously). I saw the list of room rates lying on the counter and pointed at it, since it list said the room rate for the deluxe family room was ***. and not ***. The manager then told us we could pay the *** and would not get any discount, or we could cancel our reservation and leave the hotel. Which is not only really unfriendly, but also feels like they tried to rip us off. I would not recommend going to this place to anyone! The family room we got was a bit further from the construction site, but I still woke up from it every morning.

Lovely stay over the water in a cottage. Very comfortable and fantastic outlook. You just want to spend your whole time hanging by the room. Swimming under the cottage in the ocean.

We don’t even really know where to start. First things first, we would strongly recommend looking for another accommodation. This was meant to be a birthday present, therefore we have booked the water bungalow for 2 nights. When we arrived we were not really regarded at all, and the staff didn’t really look up from their phones. After getting their attention, they seemed really surprised (and annoyed?) we were there for some reason, and also didn’t understand a word of English. We came early-ish from our flight (~12:00) so our room wasn’t ready yet, which is totally normal for that time. Therefore we were asked to take a seat in their restaurant, where we also weren’t regarded at all. After asking the staff a couple of times, we were finally handed a menu with horrendous prices (e.g 200.000 Dong for a normal portion of fried rice). I wanted to order a Vietnamese iced coffee with milk, which also wasn’t really understood due to language barriers. The coffee itself was okay, but halfway filled and also very pricey. We were then brought to our bungalow, of which the views could have been nice if the windows wouldn’t have been so dirty you could see barely anything. The room itself was okay, but Vietnamese standards for European prices. We decided to rent a scooter for 250.000 Dong. In whole Vietnam we have never paid that much but without it you basically can’t do anything there. At ~ 4am that night the electricity shut down in all bungalows. The lanterns on the “beaches” still worked, so it was probably a hotel-issue. Next day we were asked to pay for the accommodation requesting a higher price than given in Agoda due to some fees. We then decided to cancel the other night we booked for and checked out. After requesting to check out they talked to the management to give us a discount, but we were so done with everything that we just paid the one night we stayed and left. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience from start to end. If the bungalow would have cost 1/3 or 1/2 the price, you could look over some things, but it basically felt like a rip off all over.
