The house is equipped with basic necessities, which made our stay manageable. However, the furniture is quite old and worn out. The dining table chairs were in poor condition, with the material peeling off, which was unpleasant. We also experienced issues with the room doors—the quality was not good, and one of my family members got stuck inside because the door couldn’t be opened from within. Additionally, the water heater was not functioning, although the hot weather made it tolerable. On the positive side, the house is very spacious and suitable for gatherings. The BBQ area and the pool were enjoyable and added to the overall experience. Overall, while the space and amenities for group activities are good, the property would benefit greatly from maintenance and upgrades, especially in terms of furniture and safety features.

- Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
- After using the utensils, guests need to wash and put them away. Unable to do so, will be charged.
RM 50 is charged to guests who made full use of guest facilities including single mattresses, pillows ,blankets
- Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
- Cars are not allowed to park on the side of the road and must park in the parking area so as not to disturb the road traffic.
- Self check in due to we're HOMESTAY concept ( the key is stored in a small safe)
- After 11 p.m., there should be NO LOUD NOISES so as not to disturb the lives of the neighbors. If not, we have the right to burn the security deposit as a penalty. Any parties are not allowed
After more than 16 guests,
✅ Once made the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions.
- An RM300 housekeeping fee will be charged when the unit is filthy.
- Security deposit will be returned to the customer fully if the unit is in good condition
-Only light cooking is allowed at this property. (Only microwave and fridge are provided)
-Security deposit RM500 will be collect via app with e wallet BEFORE check-in (either bank or e-wallet)
- Guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay
*Note: Security deposit will be forfeited where inaccurate number of guests has been informed.
RM 10 for guests who do not fully use guest facilities collect while pay security deposit
- Any request for early check in/late check out shall be subjected to extra charge of RM 150/hour
