I walked out 20 minutes after arrival as did another traveler. Broken pipes with constantly running water, AC did not work, could not close window, evidence of rats in the room. Agoda needs to review more carefully. You will lose customers with properties like this.

Wifi frustratingly slow. Toilet wouldn't add water after flushing so you have to remove the lid and fill it with the bumgun. Plenty of hot water, but shower spray was just a dribble. Room was almost clean but nobody was making up the room for my 2nd day. Breakfast tiny and just some cold plates of food sitting on a table.
