スーパー、飲食店が徒歩圏内にあります。6日ほど滞在しましたが、日中は女性1人でユニバーサルスタジオまで歩いて行っても問題ありません。しかし帰りはライドシェアで帰ってくることをおすすめします。 部屋の中は綺麗とは言えませんが、安価で滞在したいのであれば許容範囲かと思われます。 また、スタッフの男性はとても優しく親切な方でした。

Disappointing stay despite helpful management
We encountered several significant issues during our multi-night stay. The room hygiene was poor: towels arrived with hair from previous guests, and the mini-fridge (located under the sink) also contained hair and debris. Additionally, the AC emitted a strong moldy odor, requiring us to use air freshener constantly. The WiFi was also non-functional inside the room. Most concerningly, we witnessed a person who appeared to be experiencing homelessness sleeping on the property and using the area in front of our room to wash themselves in the morning. While the manager was responsive, providing fresh towels and having her son assist with our complaints, the sheer number of maintenance and security issues made for a very bitter experience.
