But great for winter and spring as it has heater. Sufficient hot water shower Only hotel in Montabaur with breakfast. Far from ICE/Outlet Montabaur, 20min walk straight path. *** is halfway Schlemmer & ICE/Outlet Has Viktor Restaurant where u can enjoy lunch/dinner Nearby have lots of hair stylists if wedding is in Rathaus nearby Several restos/shops line path from Church/Schlemmer to ICE/Outlet. Resto food cheap at €11/big meal Only 1 free small water bottle. Rewe below for cheap water. Tap water drinkable acc to reception

1) no elevator, pls must make sure u can carry luggages up the stairs 2) small bottle 1st day only with no refill 3) There is no exhaust in the toilet. Or maybe it was ohy Room*** which does no have exhaust 4) Italian style breakfast with many kinds of cheeses and hams 5) very late BF at 8:00 6) taxi can't park in front due to road converted to walking street 7) restaurants nearby have little to no customers and so, food is cheap with big servings at €10-11 each

Old bldg converted into hotel No elevator Misleading ad of free drinking water as they only limit 2 bottles for day one and no more. 4 car shaded Free parking between Rewe & hotel, can park in Rewe below, or there is a big parking beyond the church which is further. Some restos and bars outside, there is a small convenience store which closes early, several barbers and beauty parlors, some clothing and other shops along the shopping street just in front. There is even a bank. They close the road with bollards so cars cannot enter, making it a walking street for shoppers Doors use traditional key, shower is hot, no AC (not recommended during summer) Breakfast has bacon, sausage, sunny side up egg rounded with bacon, tapas, diff cheeses, tea bags of many kinds, coffee, Tang juice, water, yoghurt, and even non alcoholic champagne. There is an inhouse Victor's Resto which I have not tried, but I can see lots of people eating at night. No telephone, nobody at the reception at night. There is a notice in my room that it might get noisy as windows face the walking street
