We had a bad experience here. We booked colonie 1521 (1) Cleanliness : when we arrived, the floor was extremely dirty and oily. We wanted to mop it but the mop itself look like it was so dirty, one wouldn't want to hold or wring the mop head. We requested for a broom and swept it ourselves. We then just wore socks in the premises the entire time - this is on CHECK IN day itself. The dishwashing sponge looked like it was so used up we didn't use it to wash our dishes at all. Toilets were similarly dirty but the bedrooms were okay and beds were comfortable and clean. (2) Parking : we registered 2 vehicles but whilst we had parking most of the time, one night we came home after dinner at about 8.30pm and our 2nd vehicle did not have a parking lot. It was all either taken up, or reserved. After many calls, we were asked to park in a reserved lot. Only to be awaked at 11 somethign at night to remove our vehicle. (3) Responsiveness : this was the saving grace the place had. Kim was helpful but i think there wasn't much she could do about the parking when she's not onsite. Wahidin was responsive too but he took pretty bad care of the place i feel, seeing that it was so dirty. Overall, for the price and comparing it to other stay-ins in other non-fraser's hill places, i would not recommend this place. Suffice to say that the photos in their marketing communications are misleading. I do wonder if other fraser's hill places would be of similar standard.

  • NOTE : Security Deposit covers any noise disturbance offense / loss of linens, kitchen items & non-compliance to house rules. If there are no issues (usually there are not), the deposit will be refunded in full. RM25 will be charged per bath towel misused i.e as floor mats or to clean up dirt.
