Loved our stay there. Stayed 3 nights. Changed rooms to the triple because the two storey one had stairs to get up and down to the bathroom which would have been hard in the night for us being older. The triple was closest to the beach and had everything we needed, and great view of the beach. The owners/staff were lovely. Beach warm and great to swim in. Very relaxing stay. It’s not in a touristy area so was hard to get transport back to ubud. We hadn’t organised anything and no gojek was available so Gede took us to Singaraja and we managed to get transport from the Grand Singaraja Beach Hotel to Ubud. Best to organise transport onwards before you get there if possible. Or see if they can organise a driver for you a day or two in advance. We ate at Warungs across the road from the public swimming pool. Aprox 200 metres away. Can get to pools along the beach wall as well. Basic indo food but nice. Alfamart about 1 km up the road to the right. The swimming pool in photo is the public pool. Was nice and seemed clean. Also food available there. If you are after a relaxing stay with not many people around I would recommend it. Just don’t rely on gojek or grab. Beer available at some of the Warungs and the shop next to the petrol station across the road to the left.

Simple, basic and quiet out of the way stay. Not much around, which is the value of the place. However, need bike or car to get to cafe or eating places.

This is the second time I'm visiting. The family who manages this are so friendly and helpful. The octagon units opens upto a beach. Very nice and clean location and the rooms were so cozy. They are more like antique balinese design. I could literally just lie on the sun beds all day long. Or you can also have a view within the room itself. 4 sides of the room are just massive windows that you can open for ventilation. The natural moonlight lit our unit and we kept the windows open when we went to sleep. Best thing about this is that this is walking distance to Air Sanih (public spring water swimming pool) from the back side. Overall, I will come here again.

We stayed one night at Palm Beach Villas and wish we could stay a week! The view is spectacular, absolute waterfront with your own black sand beach. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a private outdoor bathroom. We found the caretaker and family to be very hospitable, caring for all our needs. Highly recommend them for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We booked our stay at the most premium unit called the Villa Triple and yet it was very cheap for the price we paid. Quite affordable compared to other resorts. The staff was amazing, we were greeted and straight away were allowed to check in even though we were early. They also entertained all our special requests. We were taken to our unit and immediately fell in love with the layout. A full 180 degree view of the ocean and garden through the glass windows and door. Three sides of the unit (hexagon shape) was full glass with high ceiling. Very well ventilated and a lot of natural light fill the entire unit. You have your own private beach with no one around , it's just you and family. The unit has its own garden with an amazing view of the sea. And best of all, the sunrise is breath taking. The breakfast was delivered to our room and also meals were server at the dining area just next to the unit. The back of the unit has an open roof style washroom, quite large area for shower. The beds were comfortable (1 queen size and 1 single bed with a view of the ocean) , unit comes with a mini library , a work desk, mini dining table , extra large side tables, closets, ceiling fan and an extra fan on special request. Since this is Balinese style unit, it doesn't come with AC but we didn't really needed it. It was nice and breezy as is. I can safely say this is by far my most favourite place in north Bali. Will definitely visit again. You simply cannot not love the Balinese hospitality.
