• - We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.

• - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.

• - The plunge pool does not have a fence, to offer you a wholesome ‘swim with a view’ experience. It is recommended to take extra care with kids around.

• - Outside food is not allowed in the villa.

• - Guests have to walk down a set of stairs to access AsanjA (Dragonfly)

• - Given the location of the home amidst nature and its unique structure and architecture, you may spot some creepy crawlies (especially during rains). It is a request to reach out to the caretaker in such cases and not harm them - they are harmless until we bother them. Guests are requested to always keep the doors closed (especially while unattended) and close the windows at 6 pm.

• - Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.

• - As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar - -

• Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.

• - Security Deposit: ₹ 7000 per room

• - The estate has 5 rooms. Large groups can book the neighbouring AsanjA Titaly (2 Rooms) that can accommodate 4-6 guests.

• - Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.

• - Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.

• - The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.

• - Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.

• - Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.

• - Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, - -----Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

• - Adult supervision is mandatory for kids, especially when spending time on the rooftop garden.

• - This home is not your everyday villa. It boasts its uniqueness in every way possible and the experience is one-of-a-kind. While you expect your staycation/getaway a certain way, you’re in for sweet surprises, when here.

• - There are no TVs in the home as it was built so you make the most of being where you are.

• - Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
