My family and I had a wonderful stay.. Location is just superb.. Walking distance to CIQ.. Komtar & JB City square.. Lots of food options around the area.. The suite is spacious and pretty.. well equipped with basic needs plus a water filter.. Check in process is super easy.. Overall we are just another happy guest.. Good Job..

  • Check-out before 11:00 am, check-out later than the provided time will incur in EXTRA PENALTY CHARGE as we need to get the room ready for the next guest

Splendid Experience

My family and I had a wonderful stay.. Location is just superb.. Walking distance to CIQ.. Komtar & JB City square.. Lots of food options around the area.. Comfortable Accommodation

The unit is nice and the beds are comfortable. Washing machine in good working condition and have drying function. Master room toilet need to open the top hung window to allow air circulation. TV is slightly small but still consider acceptable. Overall all good and highly recommend for a few days of stay

Very good

No beverages ( bottled mineral water, tea and coffee) as compared to my last visit in September 2024. Utensils were not properly cleaned and maintained. Boiling kettle was stained and could not be used to boil water. Chipped knife at the tip was provided .

Faulty access card, SD required

They required a security deposit of 200 ringgit immediately aafter booking, only via Malaysia bank transfer or touch n go e wallet, which is troublesome for non locals. Had to set up touch n go purely for this booking. The Keycard/ digital lock was faulty and check in was delayed by 40 minutes, subsequently the card worked on and off, sometimes we needed to tap it 10 times in order to get in. If the card worked fine, it was otherwise a nicely furnished apartment and good value for $.
