Highly recommended, especially for those planning to travel to Singapore by train or bus. The location is excellent — once you step out of the building, just walk a few steps and take the escalator up to the linked bridge to CIQ. From there, it’s less than a 10-minute walk to JB Sentral, which is super convenient. There’s also a convenience store right next to the entrance, which is very handy. The unit itself is well-equipped — it even has a washing machine, so you don’t need to bring too many clothes. Other amenities provided include a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, fridge, kettle, and even dishwashing essentials. The bathroom is clean and comes with a proper wet and dry separation, and shampoo is provided. However, due to the dual-key layout, the soundproofing isn’t ideal. You may hear noise if the neighboring unit checks in late at night. Also, while the bathroom is clean, the room itself could be better maintained — there was some dust buildup in areas like decorative items and under the TV cabinet. Overall, still a very convenient and comfortable stay 👍

Modern, clean, spacious, just needs a few tweaks
Recommended improvements: 1. Check-in process, advise guest of apartment readiness on/before check-in time (instead of guest asking after check-in time). 2. Could not work out how to use TV, especially to change Source to USB or free to air channels. Instructions page next to TV (or added to check-in guide) would help. Other comments, cannot do much about: 1. Noise from road traffic was quite loud even at night due to apartment facing CIQ. 2. R&F mall is very quiet, most shops closed, need to walk 15-20mins to CentralSquare for most activities.. a pity, hopefully it picks up again.
