What a great Hotel for the price the only thing I can think that was wrong was the laundry facilities or out of service and had been for some time. And the rooms need to be shown a little more attention by the maids. Other than that it's a fantastic place all the furniture appears to be fairly new. You've got a fitness center with free weights, as well as, machine weights. A business center with a couple large screens. The breakfast is an absolute brain slam with many many choices. And, the eggs seem to be genuine not powdered junk like a lot of Hotel serve the sausage isn't raw which is what I've encountered it several other facilities, at Comfort Inn Plano- N. Dallas they obviously care about their guests health and make sure that the sausages are not pink or not fully cooked. Staff is very accommodating and willing to help in any way that they can.

Staff is amazingly attentive. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is vast w/ many selections. The only downfall is that the laundry facilities are out of order and have been for some time, quite frustrating.

The property offers a great combination of spacious rooms and reliable Wi-Fi, making it a comfortable choice. The cleanliness is commendable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. While the facilities meet expectations, there were minor issues that could be improved. Overall, it’s a solid option for those seeking a convenient and pleasant stay without breaking the bank. Breakfast is good, but could be better.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff is friendly, but I had trouble resting here. Housekeeping was quite loud in the hallways, and I was even woken up by the manager over an hour before check-out time. The rooms are clean enough and the breakfast is good, but the morning disruptions were frustrating when I was trying to prepare for a long drive home.

My room was very spacious and clean. The lobby and hallway to get to my room was not clean and it smelled.
