1. The food menu is just for show, unless there is a banquet party there is no food available. 2. The bathroom drains were blocked. And even after raising the issues it was not addressed. 3. The chairs in the room were dirty, there were food and other dirt on the edges of the sofa. 4. The window seals were full off dirt. 5. The towels were stinking, and full of stains. 6. The worse is when we reached we were stopped by the gaurd, we literally had an argument to drive till the porch. We were asked to carry the luggage. This is such a horrible hospitality.

We had a nice and pleasant stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Pros: Beautiful property with swimming pool and an open lawn/field, and a farmland behind. Rooms — Well maintained, clean, ample size, with all basic amenities, including kettle, & toiletries. Staffs — Courteous & responsive. The Operations Manager is a nice, helpful and amiable person. Requests — All our housekeeping and food requests were fulfilled as per our request. Breakfast — Ours were a breakfast-inclusive booking. Breakfast was good and tasty. We felt fulfilled after having our breakfast. Cons: Nothing as such, but Wi-fi strength was weak, but it didn’t matter much to us! Summary: Pleasant hotel with all basic amenities, courteous and professional staffs and a good breakfast! 8.5/10

Dear Agoda Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at a hotel booked through your app. Despite being booked into a delux room, I found it severely lacking in amenities - no wardrobe, hair dryer, locker, door mat, or iron. The TV and intercom weren't working, and the bed wasn't king-sized as expected. To top it off, a used towel was given on the next day. It felt like a local OYO room, not a delux booking. I'm concerned your team prioritised commission over proper vetting. Hope you look into this asap and take necessary actions 🙏. Looking forward to a resolution 😊. Thanks

The staff may arrange matters in a way that could prevent you from attending the complimentary breakfast. Upon arrival, a welcome drink was not offered. The property appears to be quite aged and located a considerable distance from the city. However, the review might have been more favorable if the room had been tidy and had a pleasant scent.

New property at nice location. Cleanliness of the property must be appreciated. Behaviour of Staff was appropriate. Quality of Food & Room Service to be improved . Out area to be developed & utilised for evening time. Will be a good option for future travel. Recommended.
