We had an absolutely incredible time here. There are honestly no words that can fully describe how peaceful, relaxing, energizing, and completely timeless this place feels. From the very first moment, it felt like stepping into another rhythm of life — one centered around nature, calm, and genuine presence. What made the experience even more special was the extraordinary kindness of the staff, especially Kian, whose warmth and care truly left a lasting impression on us. We also got incredibly lucky and had almost the entire place to ourselves, which made the silence, the views, and the connection to nature feel even more magical. Everything was exceptional — the comfort of the rooms, the beauty of the surroundings, the incredible food, and the overall atmosphere of serenity throughout the stay. This was genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had the chance to enjoy. Thank you for everything. This place is truly something special.

Don't even have doubts about booking this place - just book it! Recommendation from the bottom of my heart. If you are looking for the place to truly relax by being in some tranquil peaceful natural rural environment, if you want to be welcomed and taken care of right away after your arrival - do choose this place! 1. The best customer service exceeding expectations. I had my birthday on April 10 and I asked the manager if I could buy a cake. By that I meant a little slice of cake where I could put my candle and light it, be happy with the little. But guess what they did? They prepared a big ACTUAL birthday cake, candles, fruit and some other birthday stuff - on their expense! They said "it's your special day madam, enjoy" - that nearly brought me to tears. They fulfilled all the other requests and questions I ever asked for: cigarrets ? - yes, they took them from the centre and gave me. Fitness mat? They had one! The staff were super nice and warm, I already miss this place! 2. The room. I booked the room with the mountains view and it was like waking up in a dream. The room was clean, nice, there were tea bags, a kettle and things for the shower. 3. The area. Super clean, super nice, super tranquil. The very place to enjoy silence and peacefulness. There is also a pretty nice swimming pool and a pond with fish. 4. Transportation. The staff kindly arranged a taxi for me for ~ 200.000vnd (if you try to do it yourself it is very likely to cost you around 300.000) and after taxi there was some kind of a golf cart vehicle on which the hotel worker takes you to the hotel itself. 5. Food. The food is nice as well, there's the kitchen and you can order sth when you're hungry (but breakfast is included) You should be ready though that if you want some snacks and stuff like this - better buy it before going here, because you'll be up in the hills. So, all in all, it was the best service I've ever experienced in my life, I felt valued, important and taken care of ... [crying emoji, heart emoji] Wish palmhagiang all the best!!!

The hotel has a very nice view , clean , exceptionally friendly staff and was very enthusiastic to help me solve the problem . The food and service are also very good, the chef and the owner are very attentive. Thank you for treating me well. And of course, what I especially like is that the hotel loves to reuse, limit plastic waste, and actively protect the environment, which I highly appreciate. The real living room is minimalist design, very clean and warm, I think it's worth your stay here.
