Good location & very friendly / helpful staff
A nice, typically German, „austere“ hotel (if this isn’t your first time in Germany, you know what I mean :). And don’t compare it to other 5-star hotels elsewhere, after all, those ratings are subjective. A good German breakfast. The air conditioning is there and works. The parking lot isn’t right next to the hotel, but there are Roman ruins nearby. You park your car and visit one of the city’s landmarks - convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful (what more could you want?!) Would I stay at this hotel if there were other options? That’s debatable. Would I stay here if I came back to Regensburg? Definitely (since I’ve thoroughly researched other options).
