Hotel BKM International

I stayed at Hotel BKM International, Thalassery, from 18th to 19th January, and overall, I had a good experience. I would definitely consider it a good value-for-money stay. The room was the highlight of my stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious. Even though I had booked it for a single occupant, the room was large enough to comfortably accommodate three to four people. The bed itself was very spacious, making it a comfortable stay. The staff was another positive aspect. Everyone I interacted with was polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They reflected the warmth and hospitality that the Malabar region is known for, which made the experience pleasant. If there’s one area that could use improvement, it would be the reception and lobby. The first impression of the property isn’t as appealing as the rooms, and these common areas could certainly benefit from a renovation or refresh. A more modern and inviting front office would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. That said, once you’re inside the room, the experience is much better. Considering the price, the hotel offers good comfort, spacious accommodation, and friendly service. Overall, it’s a worthwhile option for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and reasonably priced stay in Thalassery. With a few upgrades to the reception and lobby areas, it could become an even better property. I’d be happy to recommend it.
