호텔 노이어 칼스호프

Stayed there for 4 nights. Small 7-room hotel right above the train station, next to a coffee shop. Room was spacious and tidy in the first look, later than you can find dusty cupboards but that’s fine. I am working remotely and I always check if the hotel has wi-fi. I had a really hard time because there were no internet. They say on the ad that all rooms has internet, there is a wi-fi you can connect but provides no internet! Not even a single page loaded. I needed to connect teams and outlook but I couldn’t. Since shop staff works as a receptionist, I told them the situation, because 3 days out of my 5 days were weekdays- I had to work. They gave me a number of a hotel staff, I told him the situation and sent the ss of wi-fi problem. They told me they are going to fix it and let me know but they haven’t. Seriously, how come wi-fi can be problem for a hotel. I asked for a housekeeping for once and they did not throw the trash in the bathroom. Only good sides I guess were the 20% off at the coffee shop downstairs for the guests and the train station is being at downstairs. Could be an option if you are just crush at night and leave, but so does hostels.

I was pleased with the hotel. A little distance from the town but very convenient to rental car (10 min walk away) and to train station. The room was clean and spacious.

There's no kettle in the room, and drinking water dispenser is not available, when the downstairs "Feel at Home" Cafe closed after 7pm, there will be no more drinking water available. No freezer and no complimentary bottle of water supply.

No hot water, no air conditioner & Not clean at all! No wi-fi And also nobody was at hotel to serve guest!
