The location is convenient, near U-Bahn and S Bahn station. The room is cozy and clean.

The hotel has a great location and the staff were very friendly. It is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and the Munich east station. However the shower temperature is incredibly inconsistent changing from cold to scalding hot every few seconds, and the hotel the the most uncomfortable pillows of any hotel I have ever stayed in - very lumpy like the cheapest pillows you can buy. I should also note, your room will only be cleaned if you specifically ask for it to be cleaned - not a big deal but worth noting. I wouldn’t stay again due to the shower and pillows.

I really like the room and interior. It was a small room but as it was just me it is fine. The location ia great. Close to the train station and just around the corner are restaurants and some bars. Great is that you don't hear any noise from outside. 2 minor points is that the hallway can be noisy. You hear people walk and, only noticed it when I was in bed, that they had the duve cover the wrong way around.

Biggest factor I booked this hotel is because it has AC. But the AC took almost overnight to be cold. Water from the shower can also spill. The room is too small if you have luggages. Staff are okay. Not kind and approachable enough but just okay. They will give you freebies if you don’t do housecleaning. Bed is comfortable.
