Lots of positives about this place - mainly the experience of being in the middle of a remote farm area near a lake, with all necessary amenities for a resort stay. Negative for me was the not-so-clean pool. And broken things in the room and bathroom. Cleanliness can be improved..

we were happy during our stay, bale yung ulan lang talaga kaya di kami nakapagtour and mahirap hanapin ang exact location but the locals helped us to find the resort since hindi familiar driver namin and the staffs were VERY HELPFUL

If you want to stay in a quiet and tranquil place, then this resort is best for you as it is situated along Lake Seloton which is a bit far from the main road and hard to find especially if you are not familiar with the place. The resort offers different activities such as water biking, traditional boating, game fishing, ATV and more. This place is good for group or family bonding. The room we had is huge but they only provide a one queen-size bed which is located in the corner. It's weird because they had it in the corner instead in the middle of the room which makes the room's space more bigger for two persons. The room is old and seems need maintenance especially the bathroom. The shower has hot water but you need to learn how to control it because sometimes it gets too hot. They provided free bottle of water, coffee, soap and shampoo. The AC is good, they have cable TV and WIFI in the room and common areas. Parking is free since they have a large garden/lawn. They have a swimming pool but it's too cold especially when you dip late afternoon or at night where the temperature is so cold. Outside our room is a mini balcony which has a good view of the lake. Breakfast is simple, we ordered their signature "Daing na Tilapia" and it really tastes good. Food price is just ok depends on what you ordered, similar to thenormal rate of mid-range hotel in Manila. The only difference is that the serving is so generous, like the pizza and pancit canton we ordered is good for 4-6 pax. Their pizza is delicious so you must try it! Their signature brewed coffee is a must try also but you have to order it separately as it don't come with your breakfast set. They provide coffee in sachet with your breakfast set. They have pets in the place like dogs and cats, so if you are a pet-lover you will definitely love them. Overall we had a pleasant and relaxing stay in the resort as the staffs are friendly, helpful and accommodating too.
