1) Staff were prompt to respond, polite too. 👍 2) Ceiling fan light cover was cracked / broken, ceiling fan speed very slow even at max. But it's otherwise working. 3) Oven / Hob / Hood was dirty 4) Toilet seat should be changed out - very old and dirty 4) Mould issues in toilet 5) Balcony cluttered with old racks / old empty laundry capsule box. 6) Washer was dusty 7) Curtain in living room was not hooked up properly - dangling top in the middle 8) Living room floor was dusty; under sofa was VERY dusty, with trash likely from previous stays 9) Pillows / Comforter / Mattress though no funky smells, they had stains which was pretty gross 10) Cushion on bay windows in rooms were dirty with stains and holes from likely cigarette burns 11) Dishwashing sponge was old and dirty 12) Trash can was dirty 13) There was iron / ironing board / hairdryer / vacuum / fabric floor cleaner which was good

Overall it was a good stay. Entrance if by foot is inside the mall, opposite Jaya Grocer. Apt view is facing other apartments. Staff responded well. If order grabfood, sometimes rider will send at A5 lobby.

Fasilitas kamar sesuai deskripsi ada mesin cuci, hairdryer, setrika.. Ruangan luas.. Fasilitas lain ada kolam renang dan ruang terbuka utk joging

very responsive and the house was clean. even there were some problems to check in, but the owner helped us in many ways. will come again.

Okay for us
Great and trustworthy overall! A few hiccups though A bedroom doorknob that doesn't lock, burn marks, cigarette-smelling towels, and an icky toilet seat that really needs changing. Still, it’s not enough to stop me from coming back. I’d gladly stay here again!
