The room is large, with a single bed and a king-sized bed, along with a sofa. The room and bathroom are clean. However, some areas in the room need serious attention, as there are leaks in certain parts that were not addressed promptly, causing stains on the ceiling and walls. The hot water flows well, and the breakfast is simple, with a choice between fried Indomie or fries and a platter. Overall, it was quite pleasant.

There's no heater in the room. The coldness gets trapped in the room, making it very cold. The hot water flow was very slow.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking outside. Good location near to various tourist sights. Room was spacious and clean. However the room felt damp including the bed and the couch. No heating in the room if needed. Stain on part of the wall. Shower hard to regulate to a warm temperature. No shampoo supplied.

Pros: 1. The staff is very polite and responsive. 2. They provide extra blankets as requested. 3. The fried noodle is quite nice compared to fried rice. 4. The room is so big, with 1 Queen Bed & 1 Single Bed. Cons: Needs improvement in the following aspects: 1. Cleanliness: Lots of dust on the Headboard, Under the bed, and on the floor. This is because they do not have a Vacuum cleaner to clean and remove all the dust. 2. No Hairdryer: Quite challenging if we need to wash our hair in the cold weather. 3. Limited Staff on standby Overall, thank you for the hospitality.
