I arrived to what appears to be a ghost town: no one there for the check in, nor any guest sleeping there. The place is managed by two young, extremely lazy and inexperienced men, who don't have any responsible leader nor supervisor, so they make the bare minimum. When they decided to appear (no one is there if you have a problem during your stay), I was given a "deluxe" room that doesn't look anything like the pictures, with an AC that didn't properly cool the bedroom, so they changed me to a neighboring room. I passed by my previous room many days and it still was undone, not ready for the next customers, while these two young men spent the day smoking and laughing at the hotel's entrance bench. There was a lack of water (like zero water) two days, due to the irresponsible attitude of these guys to refill the water tank. Their attitude was always of no care. There is no hot water in the bathroom, only cold. I had booked for 12 nights, and they cleaned my room only once, although they were supposed to clean every 3 days. The whole guesthouse was dirty all the time: floors, bedrooms, bathrooms. Not the standards of an OYO hotel at all. I have traveled all over the world, including places like India, and didn't experience such a disgraceful guesthouse and lazy, unprofessional hosts.
