Hotel Alina

I’ve made the reservation for two rooms with one smoking room. I found out the my smoking room was in the basement with a very dirty room where was not opened to change the air. No privacy as the room is in the basement and any one can see everything inside from street walking. Wanted to talk about that to front desk but the lady is not speaking English. I don’t advise this hotel. P.s room pictures were taken and will be shared with the website Agoda.
