The location of hotel made it way more enjoyable trip, the hotel was super clean and the staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms were fabulous. All in all it was a great experience and would recommend people staying here. They have heaters in the room and washroom which makes it even more convenient in winters.

Pros: Has an amazing view IF you book the premium rooms. The manager Ijaz is really really helpful,and very accommodative. Helped us with sightseeing spots, cabs, and any other needs we had. Cons: Below average food, Pathetic breakfast buffet.. And No breakfast buffet on Saturday..Have to order Ala carte. We needed up going to the nearby Country Inn to have our meals. Room doesn't have proper ventilation and feels suffocating. Hot water is only available at certain times. They switch off heating and electricity in the middle of the night. I came down with a bad cough and couldn't sleep because of the sub-zero temperatures. No gym, activity rooms. Definitely not value for money. You can find much much better hotels in the vicinity for the same price.

This hotel is located at an excellent location with a great valley and mountain view. Staff are extremely courteous. The quality of food is very good and quantity is sufficient. Overall, it is a good value for money hotel.

They should not allow pony ride scammers to stand on their property as these scammers spoiled our entire day. The buffet breakfast was horrible. Ala carte was fine. Room view and heating was good.

A breatakingly beautiful location and cozy Boutique hotel located with the Magnificient view of the Sonmarg meadows. Interactions with the host, Mr Shehzad, livened up the evenings. The food was excellent in the restaurant with a high recommendation to try the Wazwan. Take the recos of the staff. A place we surely hope to revisit!!
