Background: I booked a 4d 3n stay. Check-in is through a machine that pass you a roomcard. I was given a room that wasn't clean due to a cleaning schedule mistake? Subsequently, i complain through email and agoda platform. And was awaken by their staff at 8pm, to offer a room swap. I decided to swap to another room the next morning. Other than that, overall acceptable for the price. Pillow could be improve.

Decent stay for transit or short trip
The hotel is not physically manned, but the remote support from the staff is prompt and send staff on-site in the earliest possible time to look into reported issues. Hotel room is clean and comfortably sized.

Serene atmosphere
I totally enjoyed the self check in and out system.No human interventions and a great to be in general.I totally recommend this place since you would enjoy a home away from home environment.
