I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who understands what a true 3-star standard should be. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The shower was filthy, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a constant sewage smell. And no hot water. I reported these issues to reception, and while the staff were actually very nice and polite, I could see in their eyes that they were embarrassed by the situation and unable to do anything about it. The breakfast situation was even worse. On the first day, at 9 AM, I was told there was “nothing left because the hotel was busy and guests were abusing the buffet.” This was simply untrue — the hotel was almost empty. Since Friday is a day off in Algeria, I expected at least a basic breakfast, but before 9 AM there were no eggs or proper hot options, only a few pastries and small savouries. Saturday was exactly the same. On Sunday, when I checked out at 6 AM, I find out they only cook 30 eggs for the entire hotel, which explains why breakfast kept running out. Completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming 3-star service and charging too much money in euros and pounds Price-wise, cost between £47–£57 per night from major providers. I paid less, but even then, I still feel ripped off considering the poor quality and severe lack of basic standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Although the staff were kind, the hotel itself fails badly. I will never return and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

2ème fois que je réserve à l'hôtel Saray, très bon rapport qualité prix, literie de qualité chambre propre et spacieuse, petit déjeuner moyens par rapport à mes envies mais il y a quand même de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner équilibré, emplacement idéal accessible facilement pour les réservations de taxis. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et avenant. Je suis une femme qui voyage seule donc je me suis sentie très en sécurité. Je recommande vivement 👍

Merci aux deux personnes de l’accueil. Nous avons eu un problème de disponibilité de l’hôte réservé. Grace a eux , un autre hôtel nous a été attribué. Je les remercie de tout cœur. Un hôtel avec des personnes très serviable est à recommander à 200%. Merci
