라이야의 프라이빗 하우스 (70m², 침실 2개, 프라이빗 욕실 1개)

Kuya Jay R is kind and maasikaso. We enjoyed the laiya beach and house so much. Planning to go back and will consider to stay again :)

Cozy yung place, we enjoyed our 2 days and 1 night stay here. Kudos to Kuya JR who assisted us pagdating namin and inorient din kami agad. Ang hindi lang namin nagustuhan ay yung foul smell sa outdoor kitchen na abot sa loob kapag open yung pinto.

Clear instructions were emailed by owner of the unit. My family of 4 stayed in unit 2 for 2 nights. Kuya JayR, caretaker, was there when we arrived. He oriented us about the place and what to do if we want to go the beach. As stated in the ads, it is not beach front. You need to have a car going to the beach because you will pass an uncemented road and cross a highway. Caretaker needs to accompany us going to the beach, he needs to talk to the owner of the resort for access and parking. 2 nights mean 2x free access and free parking (included in the payment made for the unit) The restos shown in the photos is not near the resort where we had access. The unit was good. We were able to cook and grill. As for the mic used for videoke, not good. Choppy na. Aircon in the living room and bedrooms are still working good. There is no drainage at the outside faucet kaya may pool of water pag ginamit yun pagakagaling sa beach. When we were preparing to check out, i sent message to kuya JayR. A woman arrived to clean the unit and asked for the key so I left the key to her since she introduced herself as the wife of kuya JayR. After that i texted to thank him and inform him of aside from leaving the keys to his wife, i also left a tip as pathank you. I waited for a reply to confirm na nakuha ang susi pero wala. Got confused tuloy if the number is correct. I checked, tama naman. anyway, overall, we had a great time. Thank you.

Super bait ni Kuya JayR sulitt tho malayo lang talaga dulo kasi ng Batangas pero worth it for family and barkada. Thank youhu

I’d say we did choose a practical and excellent option for a place to stay as you are renting an entire house for a fraction of the price of other resorts nearby. It’s got almost everything you need: from a kitchen, bbq grille to an open area for outdoor dining. It’s nestled in a very convenient location which takes a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The house is fully airconditioned and has generous amount of bed space perfect for big groups or families.
