I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times during my previous visits to Bad Oldesloe. It’s a decent hotel, close proximity to town centre and 5 minutes walk to main train station. Always been satisfied, average rating. But time was different. Mattress was a little worn out. Breakfast was not fresh. When asked if she could call me a taxi to the airport, lady at front office said they did not have a phone number for taxi service which is strange as it has been done in the past. My advice to the management - need to improve service.
