• 8. Amenities

• Swimming Pool

• Important :

• Only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday our guests are allowed to use our swimming pool facilities.

• Friday, Saturday Sunday & Holiday are Exclusive Use only of the Residents.

• 8.1 Guests or Non-registered residents without wristbands will NOT

• be allowed to use the pool.

•  A swimming pool fee is required amounting to Php. 200.00 per head before issuance of wristbands.

• 8.2 Registered guests will pay

• to the PMO/ Admin Office at the Parking Basement 1 near Tower 2 elevator to secure a wristband.

• 8.3 After 5:00 PM ( Admin office Hours) from Mondays to Wednesdays, wristbands can be secured to the pool

• attendant.

• 8.4 Kindly look for the pool attendant before dipping into the pool to register and present your proof of payments.

• 8.5 Do not leave the pool area without changing to DRY CLOTHES.

• Water dripping in the hallways is a safety issue and causes major maintenance issues on elevators.

• Damages or accidents which may arise due to violation of this restriction will be charged to the

• offending Unit Owner.

• 8.6 The swimming pool shall be available for use strictly from the following schedule:

•  Mondays to Wednesdays:

• 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

•  Thursdays: CLOSED FOR GENERAL CLEANING

• *On special occasion when there will be a schedule of Holy Eucharist on the Snack Area pool hours are shortened.

• 8.7 Gym

• The gym exclusive use as per DMCI rules are for residents and tenants staying a minimum of six months, and all short time leases like with Airbnb guests are not allowed to use these facilities.
