Bankruchaem Homestay Kohpu

We loved this place. The room was clean with some nice personal touches. The common bathrooms were also clean and fresh. The common area and restaurant was gorgeous with a view overlooking the village harbour. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The place also had the cutest cats. Most importantly the family running the place was so lovely, kind and welcoming, we definitely hope to be back some day!

Super expérience dans cet hostel dans une cabane sur pilotis j’ai aimé le charme de l’endroit et l’ambiance village pêcheur; c’est calme propre et la petite famille qui l’entretient est souriante et touchante; j’ai pris les déjeuners et un repas avec des fruits de mer un délice 👌🏻 Pour un prix correct. C’est loin du port de Koh jum mais comme l’île est petite il est facile de marcher ou de louer un scooter. Je recommande sans hésiter….si vous voulez de l’animation et du tourisme passez votre chemin ;)

Authentic little homestay, traditional location in middle of a real working fishing village. Lovely family.

Five out of five stars; great experience of what it is like to live in a cozy wooden house right on the ocean front with spectacular views of the sea and long tail fishing boats . From the start, Mem (older sister) and Miw (younger sister) are welcoming as I arrived to check in. Miw upgraded me as a complimentary gesture as they didn’t have anyone who booked that one seaview room. She also recommended waking up at 6 AM to watch the sun rise over their beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. I was hungry so asked her to cook for me a prawn curry dish over rice which was very tasty. Also I rented a motor scooter from them to explore the rest of the island. Overall, great experience and a unique view into what’s it like to live in a fishing village. I look forward to staying at Bankruchaem Homestay Koh Pu again. If you like a relaxing vacation, this is as good as it gets, 5/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
