더 카야나 비치 롬복

We were part of a big group who reserved 3 beachfront villas and 0ne regular room 2 rows back from beach front. First of all, this place only makes sense if you stay at beach front villas, otherwise either you will have walls as your view, or if you stay at one of the hill villas, there are steep steps to take up and down form entry hence not suitable for the less mobile individuals. Service staff is top of the range, excellent attitude and politeness. Beware of the secluded location: its privacy also means that it is relatively far from anywhere else to get decent food from outside, you will be stuck with Kayana's main restaurant (the Blues). It is good, but not exceptional, and for more than 2 days stay you will want something different. The resort is very strategically placed to go to Gili Trawangan (7 minutes by speed boat) and Gili Meno (10 min). And you do have the luxury to embark / disembark from the resort beach, no need to go outside for the speedboat ride. "Gym facility" is just one static bike and one treadmill, so get your workout done outside in the open air, it's not worth going to the gym.

Enjoyed the view, easy access to the beach and excellent service. Far from town and airport.

Villa was spacious and beautiful, staff are friendly and polite. It’s too quiet somewhat we felt like we are the only family staying there, or maybe we went on low season. It would be great for honeymooners. The breakfast are delicious but we have to ride on buggy to go to the restaurant which is on top of hill. Either you have to call for buggy or just wait outside of the room and the staff will fetch you. Don’t forget to take pictures when you’re at the restaurant because the view are to die for! especially during sunrise and sunset. The beach are calm and beautiful.

The Kayana Lombok was incredible. A reminder of what excellent customer service used to be. Mr. Marino the GM of the hotel has trained his staff very well. Maintaining high standards where many hotels are trying to lower them. Any issues were addressed and corrected immediately. Aside from this, large rooms, beauitufl views, well presented and good food, and most importantly a kind staff. Always having you feel welcomed. There wasn't anything they would not do for you. Look forward to returning to the Kayana Lombok. Becuase of this first time expreience will be happy to look into other properties from this hotel group. Thank you Mr. Marino, Nora, Yas Yat, and everyone else I sadly cannot remeber the name of. Keep doing what you do best and be kind. Until the next time!

The hotel provided a very good service, fulfilled all my expectations. The villa is full of privacy, comfortable room with a private swimming pool. They also provide buggy service when you wanna go restaurant from your room or back to your room. You could also order food directly to your villa.
