Approx 12 min walk from the Haram. We were provided with Kettle and a fridge. Bathroom was clean. No microwave. Overall decent, clean and location was excellent. Lots of food is available as soon as you are out. No money exchange nearby.

Not too far from the Haram

Happy to stay
The location was outstanding and the hotel was great for families. The atmosphere was positive and welcoming. However, I do have a suggestion for improvement. The AC in the room could be better and it was difficult to get someone to answer the phone when I needed assistance. This is the only area where the service could be improved.

A place not to revisit
I choose this hotel based on it's rating, but actually this was a disappointing. Not nearly reaching expectations. In thier advertisement they said a totally renewed hotel but i found a worn out furniture and room facilities A late check in as per thier policy after 1600 And by midnight they pass a very annoying note that if you left after 1200 you have to pay 50% of next day fees Electric kettle was not working and they took a long time to change Parking fees is high 80 sar / day A very small water heater almost drained in less than 5 min Water leaking refrigerator Poor mobile network coverage even that I was in a high floor I've been in many hotels but that is a disappointing hotel doesn't even deserve a 6 out of 10

Remarkable stay
Quick check-in and very supportive staff. Cleanliness is well maintained throughout the hotel. With young children, it takes 10-15 minutes walk from hotel to Haram. Although the hotel is well cleaned, yet my room had some flies in it which didn't feel good. Washroom size was very small especially the shower area was too small to take bath.
