Positive: 1. Fully furnished house: the house has everything: lots of furniture (sofas, ironing table, dining tables, cupboards, shelves etc), kitchen with utensils, fridge, gas stoves and convection oven, washing machine and car park. 2. The house has a lot of stuff for all kinds of guests: a library of books if you like reading, toys for children, a fully furnished kitchen if you like cooking. 3. Even the minor things like floor mats, prayer mats, trashbags, buckets, showergels and kettles were also very helpful. 4. My islamic friends really liked the islamic artefacts hanging in the living rooms. 5. The outdoor environment is also nice. There are plants and a dining table in front of the house to have meals outdoors. 6. We faced no issues with water supply or electricity during our stay. Areas for improvement: 1. There were no water heaters in bathrooms. Therefore, it was difficult to shower in the morning. However, in the afternoon, the water is quite warm because of the sun. We used the water kettle to boil water and mixed it with the cold water in a bucket to shower. 2. There is no microwave oven in the kitchen. We required a microwave to heat up readymade food. Maybe the convection oven could be swapped out for a microwave oven. 3. An air-con could be added in the second bedroom. The other two bedrooms have air-cons. Since the weather was quite hot, air-cons were necessary. 4. Door frames of bathrooms are coming off, need to be fixed. We could not close one of the bathroom doors because of this. 5. Wifi was a bit weak. It was not working on the last few days. 6. A water filter can be added for drinking water.

So far so good. It's clean and have 2 bathroom. Recommend for family. My kids love it
