Batad Countryside

The accommodation is basic but we're very satisfied. Clean, near the parking, water is sufficient and the location is really good because you'll see the terraces from the balcony BUT what really stand out is the amazing, approachable and very accommodating staffs, esp Nisha.! Great place!

Wonderful stay at Batad Countryside! Their location, while a bit of a hike, is the closest to reach from the drop-off/parking area. The room is basic but very clean, and the bed is comfortable. Beautiful overlooking view of the rice terraces from the dining areas. I had all my meals at their restaurant during my stay, and everything I ordered was delicious, freshly cooked, and served on time. The host is very pleasant, attentive, and reliable. She helped arrange transfers, as well as a guided hiking tour. Everything went smoothly. Thanks, Nisha!

The people here made us feel so welcomed. They always greet us with a smile and they make sure we’re having a good time. This is Filipino hospitality at its finest. Other than enjoying the view, their restaurant also offers the best food. I recommend trying their french fries (Haha, even if it’s not really a Filipino dish). The only thing we regret is not staying longer. So book the trip with them, don’t hesitate about it.

Everything in our stay here went so well, the view, comfort, food, staff and the experience in itself were all worth it! They will offer services such as transfer to and from the homestay going to Banaue Town Center, tours and even massage services! Food was awesome! Staffs were also very accommodating and attentive to guests' needs! This is also the very first accommodation you'll pass by as you go up Batad. PLUS a very great view of the scenic and majestic rice terraces! It's definitely a 10/10 for us.
